This means supporting the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes, creating healthier and happier home environments and building healthier communities. Our holistic approach supports families to make sustainable changes that benefit physical health, emotional well-being and strong family relationships. HENRY partners with Beezee by Maximus in Hertfordshire, to deliver programmes of support for parents/carers of under 5s. Eligibility criteria apply.

What happens in childhood has lifelong effects on our health and wellbeing. HENRY supports families to provide the best possible start in life for babies and children. HENRY is for you if you would you like to:
- Feel more confident as a parent
- Reduce mealtime stress
- Get some support to give your child a healthy start
- See your child eat more fruit and vegetables
- Help your children spend more time being active and less on screens
You can join in-person or online for 8 weeks. A creche is available in-person. Each session includes family time, parent time, and talking about healthy lifestyle topics.
You can connect with other parents and share your experiences, plus a FREE toolkit provided with all resources you'll need for the 8-week programme.
