Memory Support Hertfordshire offers information, advice and local community support for people with memory problems or affected by dementia in Hertfordshire. We know that people need support at different times and in different ways, so our expert advisers work with you to find out what matters to you.
Memory Support Hertfordshire is provided in partnership with Alzheimer's Society, Age UK Hertfordshire, Carers in Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire County Council. We support clients living with memory issues and also their unpaid carers (family, friends, neighbours etc) and can train and support professionals and businesses interested in being more dementia friendly.
