HCNS: White Goods (professional referrals)
Are you supporting someone with urgent need for white goods? If you are a professional who is working with people in need of white goods, such as fridges, freezers, washing machines or even bedding, you can refer them to the Hospital Community Navigation Service initiative.
Professionals can refer clients directly into our service via Frontline. Referrals can only be made by professionals (e.g social prescribers, OTs, social workers etc). We want colleagues supporting people who may be facing financial hardships to know this resource exists. Each referral will be assigned a community navigator who will assess the claim.

Available to all Hertfordshire residents.
The HCNS team will call the client to arrange a visit and to provide a needs assessment for white goods.
