Cheshunt FC Wellbeing
The Cheshunt FC Well-being programme offers the Broxbourne PCN Alliance Social Prescriber Team the opportunity to prescribe up to six free visits to Cheshunt FC 1st team matches with a Cheshunt FC well-being pass, to provide clients with mild mental health related conditions the opportunity to socialise & enjoy the game of football in our community with like minded supporters. Well being passes can be issued as a single pass, or a pass +1 to include access to a carer/parent/guardian support. We can accommodate wheelchairs.

How are services delivered?
An introduction letter & turnstile pass will be delivered to the client, providing access to 6 Cheshunt FC 1st team matches.
