Lee Valley Regional Park Walks

Join our volunteer guided LifeWalks to improve your health and wellbeing. Our walks vary in length and are predominately on flat gravel paths but sometimes there can be uneven ground at times and therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs or buggies. Please see our website for suitability and further information. All our walks are free, however parking charges will apply. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead. Please bring water and snacks to keep you energised.

Please contact us or look at our website for more details. Some of our walks require pre-booking.
