South Mill Arts

South Mill Arts is a multi-faceted community, arts and heritage facility. With a 300 seat theatre, we have a varied and dynamic program of events and shows for the whole community. Alongside our theatrical productions, we are also home to community groups, classes and clubs, our cinema, the Maltings Bar, the Bishop's Stortford Museum and ArtSpace, all under the same roof! Costs are various according to shows, classes and groups.

The Bishop's Stortford Museum which is housed at South Mill Arts, runs a full program of events and activities for the community.  Craft sessions for children run in the school holidays and local historic walks and talks are regularly scheduled throughout the year. You can find out what's on at your local arts centre by visiting the website:  South Mill Arts

NEW: An Inclusive Workshop with Herts Inclusive Theatre. This is a great opportunity to work with Herts Inclusive Theatre as they lead a bespoke workshop specifically for South Mill Arts aimed at children and teenagers (aged 7+) with additional learning needs. Parents must stay for the session to support their child.  Please contact South Mill Arts to find out when the next session is taking place.
