Step2Skills: Community Learning and Adult Skills Training

Step2Skills offer a wide variety of courses for Hertfordshire residents aged 19+.Our offer includes accredited learning for those that would like to gain a qualification and short non-accredited courses and workshops. Subject areas include: English (apply and we'll arrange a free online assessment), English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) Digital skills and Employability skills.

We're funded by the UK Government to deliver community learning courses for adults, young people and families across Hertfordshire.

We work with partners in Hertfordshire to deliver some of these courses on our behalf. Those learning providers are responsible for delivering courses to a high standard. We quality monitor provision to ensure it meets the requirements of OFSTED and the Department for Education.

Courses we run are primarily low-cost in order to help improve the skills of people living in Hertfordshire. For further details visit our website: Step2skills.
