Hertfordshire Mind Network: Peer Support Group

Our Peer Support Service provides an online weekly Peer Support Group, facilitated by Peer Support Workers. Each week the group has a topic based on the needs identified by participants – for example, wellbeing, self-care, resilience, local community services and resource, coping strategies, practical support etc.The group provides you with a safe space to share your feelings and experiences, and build your skills, confidence and self-esteem. The group also enables you to make connections and build social networks with others in your local community.

Our Peer Support Group is open access, meaning there is no need to have an initial appointment. You can also attend while waiting for one of our other services.

If you would like to attend this group, please email us at: meetingplaces@hertsmindnetwork.org
