Mudlarks Woodland Centre
The Woodland Centre offers adults with learning disabilities and mental health concerns aged 16+ the opportunity to enjoy the freedom of a 4-acre woodland at Panshanger Park. Our woodland is run and overseen by qualified Forest School Leaders, is a perfect location to explore/observe nature and wildlife habitats, create sensory trails, build shelters, and learn how to cook on an open campfire.At Mudlarks Woodland Centre we help people improve their confidence, physical and mental health, social skills, and wellbeing.We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy woodland life.
Mudlarks has multiple projects in Hertford. At Mudlarks our learning disabled service users live with profound disabilities including Autism, Downs Syndrome, Fragile X and Cerebral Palsy make a recognisable contribution to their community. Many of our workers with complex needs are not accepted at other daycare provisions. Mudlarks reduces isolation and loneliness by offering purposeful day-care to our vulnerable workers with a choice of dufferent projects. For more information visit our website here: Mudlarks
We also run a Transition Project which Supports SEN School Leavers and College Leavers with support to find daycare.
