Holisticare Physiotherapy and Myofascial Release

Holisticare is an award-winning specialist Myofascial Release treatment centre on the Herts/Essex border. Our team of expert therapists use this gentle hands-on treatment to find and treat the cause of your symptoms, as well as working with your body to reduce your symptoms such as pain, tension, scar tissue, inflammation and chronic conditions. Babies up to the age of 4 months can receive a free treatment. This can be very beneficial to recover from a traumatic birth and to help issues such as colic, reflux, feeding problems and tension.

Our patients travel from all over the UK and Europe for our expertise and most of our patients have complex conditions that haven't responded to other treatments. This is a paid for service for adults.

How are services delivered?

We treat patients of all ages, from new born into old age. Our treatment is gentle enough to be safe during pregnancy and whilst receiving treatment for cancer.

New patients start with a Zoom call, allowing us to get all the information that we need before starting treatment. This is also when we explain all about our treatment and how it works, and answer any questions from the patient.

Thereafter, treatments are face to face at our purpose-built treatment centre. This is on a working farm, with free parking and disabled access throughout.
