Alzheimer's Society: Dementia Support East Herts

Our local Dementia Support Workers can provide one-to-one face to face support to people with dementia, carers and family members. The Dementia Support service aims to deliver person-centred support, based on individual circumstances and needs, to enable people to live well with dementia. Dementia support workers will provide service users with information and advice regarding a dementia diagnosis, practical support, strategies and make onward referrals and signposting to partner organisations.
