Spectrum: Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service
Alcohol: We offer one-to-one and group support from an experienced alcohol worker. If you're worried about your drinking but not yet dependent, we offer 6 sessions via phone or video call. We offer these sessions on daytimes, evenings and weekends. Drugs: We offer confidential one-to-one and group support from an experienced drug worker. We can help you with any drug use. Alcohol: We can also help with more harmful levels of drinking. If you need it, we can provide medical assessment for medication and detox, both community and inpatient.
Drugs: We can also provide medical support such as substitute prescribing.

Who can use this service?
We are a free and confidential service for anyone who has a problem with drugs or alcohol. We offer advice, guidance and support for you during your recovery.
