Beezee Families Group Sessions
Beezee, under Maximus, is commissioned by Herts County Council to run FREE healthy lifestyle programmes for children aged 5-15 years and their families. Our 12-week group programme runs at multiple locations across Hertfordshire (or ONLINE!) and cover a variety of topics including healthy snacking, balanced meals, portion size and keeping active together.

Children and their families learn to make healthy swaps, follow recipes and cook-alongs with our Nutritionists, get active with a sports coach (in person only), win prizes and celebrate successes in a fun and engaging session each week! Who can use this service?
To be eligible for Beezee Families group programmes, they must: Have a child aged 5-15 with a BMI above the 91st centile, and live/go to school/be registered with a GP in Hertfordshire.
