CDA Herts: Jobs Pathway
Jobs Pathway is a free service which supports people facing barriers to employment to find permanent jobs. We work with a network of employers willing to give people a chance to prove themselves and transform their lives. We provide a range of support including identifying suitable jobs, help with applications, accessing training/education, and ongoing coaching and mentoring. Our service is free to Hertfordshire residents.
For people referred to Jobs Pathway, we will:

get to know individual hopes and needs from day one

identify the best work-fit and suitable jobs

provide support with CVs, job applications and interviews

champion and promote people for jobs with employers

help with accessing education and training
-
offer ongoing coaching, mentoring and advice.
Who can use this service?
The service is free to residents of Hertfordshire.
