Citizens Advice Service: East Herts
Whether it’s advice on employment rights, benefit entitlements, money worries, housing concerns, relationship challenges, access to local support etc - we’re here for you with our free, confidential, impartial advice. We can also give emergency fuel and food bank vouchers when needed. We offer a flexible way of delivering our free, confidential and impartial advice. Most of our advice is delivered by phone but you can get in touch with us by phone, online or in person.
Call our Messageline on 01920 459944 Monday - Thursday. An adviser will call you back as soon as possible – we aim to respond within 3 working days or sooner.
Our call backs are made between Monday to Thursday 10am–4pm. Please note that if we are unable to contact you after 3 attempts, you will need to contact us again if you still require advice.
You can also request email advice or a call back from our website.
